2013 Malissa began her career as a registered nurse in plastic surgery. It is during this role that she began to take an interest in Aesthetics.
2015 She decided to further her skills and knowledge in Aesthetics learning about skincare and chemical peels this then created a desire to become an Aesthetics Nurse.
2017 She began working as a Surgical and Aesthetics Nurse for an award winning plastic surgery clinic in Scotland. Since then Malissa has attended multiple courses to enhance and develop her skills further ensuring her clients are given the best possible treatments.
2019 Malissa qualified as a Nurse Prescriber so that she would be able to prescribe and administer medication such as anti-wrinkle injections. More importantly she is able to prescribe and manage complications which can arise from dermal fillers – putting her clients wellbeing and safety first.
2020 Malissa then returned to university and with merit qualified with a BSc in professional practice which is reflected throughout her work and practice.
2021 Aurora was given status as a registered clinic with HIS enabling Malissa’s vision to become a reality.
